1. Services

Sacred Response provides complementary services including Clinical hypnotherapy, transpersonal hypnotherapy, energy-based practices, guided meditations, and intuitive guidance. These services are offered for personal insight, self-awareness, and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility and Suitability

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You understand the nature and scope of the services offered

  • You have disclosed relevant medical and mental health history honestly and accurately

Sacred Response reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if, in professional judgment, the services are not appropriate or safe for the client.

3. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are displayed on the website or confirmed at the time of booking. Sacred Response reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.

5. Client Responsibility

By participating in services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing

  • You make your own decisions before, during, and after sessions

  • You understand that outcomes vary and no specific results are guaranteed

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, audio, video, and downloadable materials, is the property of Sacred Response unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Response is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of this website or participation in services.

This clause does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Confidentiality

Personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
