Channelled Guidance
For deep, lasting transformation - not quick fixes.
Many clients come here because logic alone hasn’t shifted old patterns, nervous system tension, relational pain, or creative blocks. Every session is trauma informed, paced for nervous system safety, depth, and sustainable integration.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind to release emotional blocks, reprogram limiting beliefs, and deep behavioral loops that no longer serve you.
Each session is client-led and designed to gently access the root causes of what is showing up in the present. This work meets both the subconscious and the nervous system, allowing patterns to shift without force or re-traumatisation.
This work can transform:
Anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress
Low self-worth and confidence issues
Phobias and irrational fears (flying, heights, needles, etc.)
Addictive patterns (smoking, emotional eating, drinking, etc.)
Procrastination and fear of failure or success
People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Relationship anxiety and attachment wounds
PTSD / abuse recovery and trauma-related patterns
Grief, loss, and emotional blockages
and much more…

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy carried out in a relaxed, focused state known as hypnosis, to help people change patterns that are difficult to shift through talking or thinking alone.
In this state, the mind becomes calmer and less distracted. This makes it easier to work with subconscious processes that influence habits, emotional responses, beliefs, and automatic reactions many of which develop over time and operate outside of conscious awareness.
Hypnotherapy integrates techniques commonly used in counselling and psychotherapy, applied while the mind is in this focused state. For many people, this allows therapeutic work to go deeper and feel more effective, as change is happening at the level where the pattern actually exists.
You are not asleep or unconscious during hypnotherapy. You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the session. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. The therapist guides the session, and you are actively involved in the work at all times.
Why the Subconscious Matters
Your conscious mind is what you’re aware of day to day: your thoughts, decisions, and logical reasoning. Your subconscious, however, influences a large proportion of your behaviour, emotional responses, and automatic reactions. It’s where early conditioning is held, where emotional memories live, and where limiting beliefs can form before you had the language to question them.
This is why you can consciously know you are safe in a relationship but still feel triggered, or understand logically that you are capable yet find yourself self-sabotaging. The issue is often not in conscious awareness, but in subconscious patterns that are still active. By working at the subconscious level, hypnotherapy can help shift responses that have not changed through insight or willpower alone.
What Is Hypnosis?
Despite its portrayal in movies and pop culture, hypnosis isn’t about mind control, swinging pendulums, or making people cluck like chickens. At its core, hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness and is something we all experience daily.
It's that absorbed feeling you get when watching a captivating film, reading a good book, or driving a familiar route on autopilot. Your conscious mind softens and your subconscious becomes more accessible.
Think of it like assisted meditation with a purpose. In this relaxed state, your attention turns inward - toward feelings, memories, imagery, and inner knowing. We bypass the overthinking conscious and critical mind and work directly where change actually happens: in the subconscious, where your automatic responses and learned patterns live.
All hypnosis is Self Hypnosis, the therapist only guides you into a state of focused and relaxation.
What Hypnotherapy Is NOT
Not mind control - You remain in control and cannot be made to do anything against your will
Not sleep - You're deeply relaxed but fully aware
Not magic - It's a collaborative process that requires your openness and participation

You Already Experience Hypnosis Naturally
You naturally move in and out of hypnotic or trance-like states every day. You may have noticed moments where you become so absorbed in a film or book that time seems to disappear, or driven a familiar route and suddenly realised you’ve arrived without remembering every detail of the journey.
These are all natural trance states. In these moments, the conscious mind steps back and the subconscious becomes more active. This is why hypnotherapy often feels familiar and natural. You’re not learning something foreign. You’re being gently guided into a state you already know.
Throughout the session, you remain fully aware, can hear everything, and can stop at any time. You cannot be made to do anything against your will.
Session Structure (approximately 2 hours)
Each session is spacious and paced to support safety, insight, and integration.
Intention setting: We begin by discussing what you’d like to work on and clarifying your intention for the session.
Hypnotherapy process: I guide you into a relaxed, focused state, and we work with your subconscious using gentle, tailored techniques.
Integration: We take time afterward to talk through your experience, insights, and any shifts that emerged.
Sessions can be held in person or online via Zoom.
During Hypnosis, You May:
Feel deeply relaxed (many people describe this as the most relaxed they’ve ever felt)
Remain aware, present, and in control
Experience emotions, memories, imagery, or insights
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, or more settled
Every experience is unique, and all responses are valid.
Results & Expectations
Many clients experience meaningful shifts through hypnotherapy, sometimes immediately and sometimes gradually over time. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Your experience depends on several factors, including your openness, readiness for change, and engagement with the process.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative approach. I guide the process, and your active participation is an important part of the work.
-
1-2 Weeks Before:
Begin a simple daily meditation practice (even 5-10 minutes)
By practising meditation you can easily train your mind to go into hypnosis.
2-3 Days Before:
Watch your dreams - write them down if you remember them
Your subconscious may send clues or messages
Day Of:
Get good sleep the night before
Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before
Avoid caffeine 3-4 hours before
Avoid alcohol and drugs for 24 hours before (they interfere with accessing the subconscious)
Set a clear intention for what you'd like to work on
For Online Sessions:
It’s important I can see and hear you and you can hear me
Find a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed
Use headphones if possible
Have water nearby
Set up a comfortable place to lie down or recline
Set up the camera so I can see your face.
-
Drink plenty of water (emotional release can be dehydrating)
Give yourself spacious time - avoid rushing into stressful situations
Rest if you feel tired (processing can continue energetically)
Journal about any insights, feelings, or memories that arose
Be gentle with yourself - transformation can continue unfolding for days or weeks
Notice dreams, synchronicities, or shifts in how you feel or react
Some people feel lighter immediately; others process more gradually - both are normal
-
Q: What if I'm nervous? That's completely normal. Many people feel nervous before their first session. The nervousness usually melts away once we start. Just bring your openness and curiosity.
Q: Will I be unconscious or asleep? No. You'll be deeply relaxed but fully aware of what's happening. Some people feel so relaxed they think they fell asleep, but hypnosis is different from sleep - your subconscious is actively engaged.
Q: Will I remember what happens? Most people remember everything or most things from the session. Some people have hazier memories, especially of the deepest parts. Everyone's experience is different, and all are normal.
Q: What if I can't be hypnotized? Everyone can experience hypnosis as long as they're willing and open to the process. If you resist or analyze too much, it can block the process - but that's okay, we can work with that. The key is willingness, not "ability."
Q: Will you make me do embarrassing things? Absolutely not. This isn't stage hypnosis. You remain in control and cannot be made to do anything against your will or values. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process focused on your healing goals.
Q: What if I need to stop or take a break? You can stop at any time. Just let me know. You're always in control of the process.
Q: Will I reveal secrets I don't want to share? No. You maintain full control over what you say and share. Hypnosis doesn't make you "spill" secrets - you only share what you're comfortable sharing.
Q: What does hypnosis feel like? Most people describe it as:
Deeply relaxed, like meditation or daydreaming
Pleasantly heavy or floaty
Focused inward, less aware of external sounds
Peaceful and calm
"The most relaxed I've ever felt"
Q: How will I feel afterward? Common experiences include:
Deeply relaxed and peaceful
Lighter, like a weight has been lifted
Clear-headed and insightful
Slightly tired or spacey (this usually passes quickly)
Emotional (if we released something big)
Energized and motivated
Q: What should I do after the session?
Drink plenty of water
Give yourself spacious time - avoid rushing into stressful situations
Rest if you feel tired
Journal about any insights or feelings that came up
Be gentle with yourself for the rest of the day
Q: How long until I see results? This varies. Some people notice immediate shifts. Others process more gradually over days or weeks. Patterns we've held for years may take more time and multiple sessions to fully shift.
Q: Will I need more than one session?
How Many Sessions?
Hypnotherapy is a personalised process, so the number of sessions varies from person to person. We begin by clarifying your goals and what you’re working with. Some people notice meaningful shifts within the first few sessions, and often a single session brings noticeable change, while others benefit from a series of sessions to support integration and help changes stabilise over time.
As a general guide:
1–4 sessions may be sufficient for specific issues such as simple fears, habits, mild stress, or recent experiences.
4–8 sessions are often supportive for deeper or recurring themes such as anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, or relationship patterns.
6 sessions or more may be helpful for long-standing patterns, trauma-related work, or more comprehensive transformational goals.
The process is reviewed as we go. After your first session, we’ll discuss what pace and structure would best support you, and adjust the work as needed.
Sessions are usually done fortnightly or monthly to allow time to integrate.
Q: How long is the session? Initial session: 2 hours (includes consultation, hypnotherapy, and integration) Follow-up sessions: 90 -120 minutes
Q: Can I do it online? Yes, online sessions via Zoom are just as effective as in-person sessions. Make sure you have:
Quiet, private space
Good internet connection
Headphones (recommended)
Comfortable place to lie down or recline
Camera set up so I can see and hear you.
Q: What if I have a mental health diagnosis? Please be honest about any diagnoses on your intake form. Most conditions are fine to work with, but some (like active psychosis or certain dissociative disorders) may require clearance from your psychiatrist first. Your safety is my priority.
Q: Can I take my medication before the session? Yes, continue all prescribed medications as normal. Just avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for 24 hours before.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice with a valid reason. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 100% of session fee charged
No-shows (more than 30 minutes late without notice): 100% of session fee charged
Last-minute cancellations disrupt my schedule and prevent others from accessing that time slot.
Rebooking: You can rebook your session any time within six months of your original payment, with proof of the original payment.
No Refunds: I do not offer refunds for cancelled sessions. However, you can always reschedule within the six-month window.
I trust you understand the importance of honoring your commitment to yourself and respecting the time we've set aside for your healing.

Past Life Regression Therapy
Past Life Regression Therapy (PLR) is a powerful therapeutic approach that uses deep relaxation and guided hypnosis to help individuals access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. Whether you view these experiences as literal past lives, symbolic stories from the subconscious, or ancestral imprints, the process allows us to uncover hidden patterns, release emotional wounds, and receive healing at a soul level.
This isn't just about visiting the past for curiosity's sake. We go there to heal. When past-life experiences are unresolved, they can subtly shape our present lives through repeating emotional themes, irrational fears, unexplained physical symptoms, relationship patterns, or spiritual stagnation. By returning to the root of these imprints, we gain insight, release stored trauma, and rewire the subconscious.
A Brief History
Past Life Regression therapy has roots in ancient spiritual traditions, where reincarnation and the soul's journey across lifetimes have long been acknowledged. In modern times, it gained popularity through pioneers like Dr. Brian Weiss, a traditionally trained psychiatrist who documented healing transformations through regression work in his bestselling book Many Lives, Many Masters.
PLR is now practiced around the world, integrating psychological, energetic, and spiritual elements to create a holistic healing experience. While its framework is grounded in hypnosis, it extends far beyond suggestion therapy - inviting clients to experience deeply personal, spontaneous insights guided by the subconscious and soul.
-
Unexplained phobias, anxieties, or physical symptoms
Repeating relationship patterns or karmic connections
Fear of death or existential unease
Emotional blocks or persistent sadness without a clear cause
Lack of clarity around purpose, life direction, or belonging
Feelings of déjà vu, soul recognition, or past-life recall
Healing spiritual disconnection or trauma

There’s a difference between simply accessing a past life memory and working with it for deep healing and integration.
Past Life Regression (PLR) refers to the process of entering a relaxed, focused state to access memories or impressions from previous lifetimes. This can sometimes happen spontaneously during deep meditation or through a guided audio. You remain conscious, aware, and in control throughout the experience - it’s not sleep or mind control, just a gentle shift into the subconscious.
However, simply visiting a past life isn’t always enough to create real transformation.
Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) goes further. It’s a facilitated process led by a trained therapist who helps you explore, process, and resolve what arises - especially when emotional release, energy clearing, or soul-level healing is needed. We work not just to uncover stories, but to release pain, shift karmic patterns, and integrate the soul lessons that are ready to be reclaimed.
Without proper support, accessing past life memories alone (especially through general online recordings) can sometimes leave emotional or energetic threads open. Working with a safe, grounded guide ensures that the journey is held with care - and that what is uncovered is gently processed, cleared, and integrated.
Exploring your past lives is not about escaping this one. It’s about understanding the roots of your present experience so you can move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and alignment.

A session typically lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours. You'll be guided into a deeply relaxed but aware state, similar to meditation. From there, we follow your subconscious where it naturally wants to go - often into a meaningful lifetime that holds insight and healing for your current journey. You may experience this through visual impressions, emotions, physical sensations, or a strong inner knowing.
You're fully aware and in control the whole time. Each session concludes with time to integrate the insights, clear lingering energetic imprints, and bring back any gifts or wisdom into the present.
Sessions are paced intuitively, guided by what your system is ready to meet.
-
Set a clear intention: What would you like clarity or healing around?
Come with an open mind, without trying to control or force the experience.
Avoid caffeine beforehand, and try to meditate or rest before the session.
Sessions are held online or in person—make sure you’re in a quiet, private space.
-
You may feel lighter, clearer, or more at peace. Insights often continue to deepen in the days following. Give yourself space for rest, journaling, or gentle movement to support integration.
Many clients report:
• A sense of emotional freedom
• Greater clarity in relationships
• Reduced fear or anxiety
• A new perspective on long‑standing life questionsHealing continues through integration - meaningful change often becomes more apparent over time as the nervous system absorbs the experience.
Drink plenty of water and allow space for integration.
Insights may continue to unfold over the following days.
Make time to journal insights, dreams or reflections that may arise

Do I need to believe in PLR for this to work?
No. Some people experience these memories as real past lives, while others view them as symbolic stories the subconscious uses to process and release emotional patterns. Either way, the healing and clarity you receive are what matter most. Will I lose control or be unconscious?
No. You remain fully aware, in control throughout the session and can stop at any time. It’s a deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation or a dreamlike focus. You can speak, pause, and recall the experience afterward. Why is it important to work with a trained therapist for Past Life Regression Therapy?
While it’s possible to access past life imagery through meditation, dreams, or recordings, true healing requires skilled guidance. A trained therapist knows how to safely navigate the subconscious, support emotional release, and ensure the experience is contained and integrated rather than overwhelming or incomplete.
Past Life Regression Therapy is not just about accessing memories. It’s about healing what arises. A therapist helps you work through unresolved trauma, beliefs, or energetic imprints and supports you in making sense of the insights that emerge.
Integration is key. Without it, experiences can remain interesting stories rather than catalysts for real change. A trained practitioner helps you ground the wisdom from the session into your daily life so it becomes embodied, meaningful, and transformative.
The healing ultimately belongs to you, but the presence of an experienced guide ensures the journey is safe, supportive, and deeply effective.
What if I can’t access a past life during the session?
Accessing past life memories depends on how open and relaxed your subconscious is. Some people are able to drop in easily, while others need a little more time to build trust with the process.
You don’t need to try to make anything happen. In fact, trying too hard or overthinking can get in the way. This work invites you to soften the thinking mind and allow the subconscious to speak in its own way - through images, feelings, impressions, or a quiet sense of knowing.
If a past life doesn’t emerge right away, it doesn’t mean the session is a failure. Sometimes we need to clear surface-level blocks first, or tend to current-life emotions before going deeper. And often, your soul only reveals what you’re truly ready to see and integrate.
Practices like meditation, journaling, prayer, or simply being with the intention to explore can help prepare your system. If the door doesn’t open in the first session, it often does in the next.
This is not about forcing an experience. It's about meeting yourself gently, with patience and curiosity. When the timing is right, the healing unfolds.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people receive what they need in one session. Others choose to return for deeper exploration or continued healing. We can space sessions fortnightly or monthly, depending on your needs. Is this safe?
Yes, your subconscious will only reveal what you’re ready to see. The process is held gently and ethically with your consent at the center. How much is a ses
Energy Healing
Energy Healing sessions offer gentle yet precise support for regulation, restoration, and subtle realignment. This work supports the nervous system, emotional body, and energetic field, and can be especially beneficial during periods of stress, transition, integration, or fatigue.
Sessions may draw on Reiki, Lama Fera, or Taoist Cosmic Healing, and are always offered with care, consent, and respect. Channeled guidance may arise during or following a session and is shared only if you wish to receive it.
Distance Healing
Distance energy healing sessions are conducted live, either via video call or off-camera, depending on what best supports the work and your preference.
Most sessions begin with a brief check-in over video to clarify intention and ensure you feel settled. You are then invited to rest - lying down or seated - while the energetic work takes place. During this time, the video may remain on or be turned off. No physical contact is required.
In some circumstances, sessions may be conducted using a name or photograph as a point of attunement, for clients who are unable to attend a live call. This is always done with explicit consent and within a clearly defined session time.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century through the spiritual insights of Mikao Usui. The word "Reiki" combines two Japanese concepts: "Rei" (universal or spiritual) and "Ki" (life force energy), representing the channeling of universal life force energy for healing and balance.
How Reiki Works
Reiki practitioners serve as conduits for healing energy, placing their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body. This sacred practice is based on the understanding that life force energy flows through all living beings, and when this energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical discomfort, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnection.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels universal energy to help:
Release energetic blockages
Restore natural energy flow
Promote deep relaxation and stress relief
Support the body's natural healing processes
Enhance overall well-being on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels
What to Expect
A typical Reiki session takes place in a peaceful, sacred space where you remain fully clothed and comfortably positioned, usually lying down. Many people experience:
Profound relaxation and peace
Gentle warmth or tingling sensations
Emotional release and clarity
Renewed energy and vitality
Enhanced sense of spiritual connection
Each person's experience is unique and sacred. Some feel immediate shifts, while others notice subtle changes that unfold over time.
The Sacred Response Approach
At Sacred Response, we honour Reiki as both an ancient healing art and a pathway to spiritual awakening. Our practice recognises that true healing encompasses the whole being - body, mind, and spirit. We create a safe, nurturing environment where you can receive this gentle yet powerful healing energy and reconnect with your innate wisdom and wholeness.
Reiki complements conventional medical care and other healing modalities, offering a holistic approach to wellness that honours your body's natural ability to heal and restore balance.

An ancient Tibetan practice for deep spiritual, emotional, and energetic transformation.
Lama Fera is a powerful energy healing system originating from Tibetan Buddhist lineages, practiced for hundreds of years by the Lamas (teachers or spiritual guides). In Sanskrit, “Lama” means guru, while “Fera” refers to the circular flow of energy around the body. This modality channels the Universal Life Force Energy - rooted in the blessings of Lord Gautama Buddha - directly to the root of imbalance or illness through sacred symbols, energy direction, and vibrational resonance.
Unlike traditional hands-on healing methods, Lama Fera is non-touch. The practitioner acts as a clear channel, creating a bridge between the healing force of Lord Buddha and the recipient’s energetic body. With the aid of a crystal wand and ancient mantras, the energy is transmitted to release blockages, restore harmony, and activate higher frequencies.
Please note: Lama Fera works deeply in the energetic and spiritual body, often facilitating transformation without verbal processing.
Benefits
Relief from anxiety, depression, and emotional imbalances
Clearing of negative energies, entities, and black magic effects
Support for those facing chronic or end-of-life conditions
Enhanced concentration, memory, and willpower

Resolution of past life and karmic patterns
Protection and purification of spaces (homes, businesses, land)
Deeper access to spiritual states, meditation, and inner clarity

Cosmic Healing is an ancient Taoist energy practice that works with universal life force energy to restore balance, vitality, and harmony within the body's energy systems.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and Taoist wisdom, this powerful modality goes beyond surface symptoms to address energetic imbalances at their source. Through gentle hands-on work and energetic transmission, Cosmic Healing clears blockages in the meridian channels, balances the organs, and reconnects you with the natural flow of cosmic chi.
What to expect: During a Cosmic Healing session, I work with specific energy points and channels in your body to release stagnant energy, clear emotional blockages held in the organs, and restore the natural harmony between your physical body and energy field. The work is gentle yet profound, often creating shifts that continue to unfold in the days following your session.
Cosmic Healing can support:
Physical pain and tension
Emotional processing and release
Energy depletion and fatigue
Stress and nervous system regulation
Recovery from illness or trauma
Spiritual disconnection
Bree trained directly with Taoist Grandmaster Mantak Chia and this practice honours the ancient wisdom that true healing comes from restoring our connection to the cosmic forces that sustain all life.
